The Cosmopolitan

Bigos Management acquired The Cosmopolitan Apartments in an effort to complete their monopoly on Mears Park in Lowertown, Saint Paul. The Cosmopolitan came with its own brand, but our team decided it could do with some freshening up. I wanted to emphasize the roots this historic property has in Saint Paul, once being a dry goods packaging plant and how being home to residents of our capital city. By utilizing map details, expanding the color palette, and updating typefaces, The Cosmopolitan was brought back to life.
